I carded this wool with some nylon and llama fiber to make a most beautiful two ply heathery yarn. I'm now busy knitting a sweater with it. Ashland Bay Dyed Corriedale Wool is clean, evenly dyed, and spins like a dream.

Well I have not had a chance to spin this up yet, but I have used it in my empty suet feeder this spring (with other yarns, fibers). You just put all the odds and ends in and the birds pull them out and incorporate them into their nests, cool?! And that eggplant color, well a little interior design would be good in a birds nest, right?

This wool is a beautiful intense color and spins into a very even, lovely yarn. Quite enjoyable. It will make a great sweater or jacket.
