Make a whole wardrobe of these versatile, packable hats in a variety of fibers to wear year round.

Sizes: 5 adult sizes plus a child's size and an 18" doll size.
Finished hat measurements:
Adult: 21 (22, 23, 24, 25) inches, (53 (56, 58.5, 61, 63.5) cm),
Child: 20 inches, (51 cm), Doll: 13 inches (33 cm).
Yarn Requirements:
Any DK or light worsted weight yarn in your choice of fiber. Wool, cotton and linen all work well so you can have a hat for each season.
Yardage:
Yarn is used double throughout. Use two strands of the same yarn or one strand each of two different yarns.
This is the total yardage required. If using two different yarns you will need half the given yardage in each yarn.
Adult Sizes: Approximately 310 (340, 360, 380, 400) yards (283 (311, 329, 347, 366) meters) total.
Child Size: 280 yards (256 meters).
Doll Size: 125 yards (114 meters).
Suggested Naturally Yarns: 8ply Tussock, Naturelle, Alpine, Perendale, Merino et soie or any of our 8ply/DK yarns. |
