Huckleberry Splash
The wool is a very soft Rambouillet, from Nina Olsen's flock, near Davenport Washington. I dyed it many shades of purple, jade and pinks, adding a lot of mohair to each dye bath. Before spinning I picked it all together along with bits of other pastel wools. The resulting yarn is a fluffy soft purply bulky yarn. Huckleberries are very popular here, this yarn looks like it is right out of the huckleberry patch.
Each skein is approximately 105yds and around 4oz. due to the nature of handspun yarn the weight and or length may vary up to 5%. We stand behind every product we sell and are certain that you will be thrilled with this unique item.
