I have several pairs of Lantern Moon straight needles and I use them a lot. I knit quite a bit of lace and they are great for that because they "grab" the yarn and keep it from slipping off the needles. They also don't bend like bamboo or birch needles do. They are a good investment.

It's Sara from Paradise and I just started using the Lantern Moon single point Ebony needles and I love them. Please keep in mind that I have access to any needle I want in the store and I will not be using anything else from now on. They are smooth, sturdy, and have a very nice tip. I would definitely recommend these.
