Just as I was feeling frustrated with online ordering, Paradise Fibers came through with exceptional service. My order was shipped the day of purchase and was in my hands by the end of the week. My LYS recently closed and I will definitely be ordering again from PF!

I was disappointed with the shipment notification - I received no email that the yarn was shipped, and when I received the order it was only partially filled. There was no communication that a second package was coming - at this point, I have no idea if I am getting the second shipment or not.
