Saturday December 5th from 3pm-7pm
We're so excited to have Mary Scott Huff come teach at our shop! We've been drooling over her new book 'The New Stranded Colorwork' from Interweave Press. As a Mad Hatter, you will produce your own hat pattern, incorporating a stranded colorwork chart you creat in class. Choose the design elements, draw a chart, and do some simple math. Just a few easy steps and you're off!
Items needed 3-5 colors of your favorite smooth yarn (50 gram balls) and 16" circular and matching set of DPN to suit gauge, plus 16" circular or straight needles 2 sizes smaller than gauge. You will also need to bring colored pencils or markers, tape measure and calculator. Homework 1 Choose 3-5 colors of your favorite yarn 2. Determine gauge by swatching 3 Measure the head you intend to cover.
