MARBLE is very soft with a unique twist of marble.  This is one of the few non-animal yarns we carry, we chose it because of it's unusual softness and character.  Excellent value at just over $5 surprisingly nice!

Gauge:
(per 4" / 10cm) 20-22 sts
Needle Size: 4-4.5mm, US 6-7
Put-Up: 100g ball
Yardage: 220m / 238yds
Care: Machine Washable and Dryable

SRK COLLECTION'S MARBLE:  Subtle variegation in this sophisticated colour range is balanced by a marble effect twist. Knitting to a DK or light worsted weight gauge, the resulting fabric has a striped effect which is subdued by the marl twist Tension: Yards/Metres: 238 yards / 220 meters per 100g ball 20-22 stitches over 4" on 4-4mm (US 6-7) needles Fibre Content: 100% acrylic.

I love this yarn.  It is absolutely gorgeous and oh so soft.  The color changes are gradual and it really looks pretty.  I made a Christmas stocking and it came out just lovely.
