WOW !!! I ordered July 27th and today, August 5th what a surprise to see my winder at home already. I could not beleive it: from Spokane to Quebec City in just 6 working days.
I tried it immediately and I am so happy. For sure I will be able to clean my boxes of yarn and put it in order with that wonderful "toy" I just got myself. It works very well and is also very fun to use.

My first ball winder |

I put this order in on wednesday, of this week. It came to my house this morning. That is fast delivery, I use the ball winder with the beka swift. The winder is good so that I see, since its my first one. I will be ordering more yarn related items from paradise fibers.

I love this winder.It makes winding my handspun or store bought skeinsm into center pull balls a cinch.I really like using it to turn outer pull ball that i by into center pull balls.All i do is feed it in and let the ball rest on the floor it works great.

These are great for dividing a skein in half, when you need to put a hank of yarn into a skein. Then if you want to knit with the yarn double from that one skein, just use the edge and center pull, having your yarn double as you knit along.
This price is the best I have seen anywhere since the '80's.

I don't know what I ever did without my ball winder, especially for lace weight hanks. It also makes the job of separating one ball into two much easier. Just put the ball end on a digital scale and wind away...
