Description   Design by Bev Galeskas Quick and easy to knit, this vest will be a warm, welcome addition to your casual workday or weekend wardrobe. Finished Chest Measurement: 38 (42, 46, 50) inches. Length: Approximately 20 (21, 22, 23) inches. Finished size will vary with the amount of felting. These measurements are based on using the yarn specified and felting just until the stitches disappear and the knitting becomes a fabric. If you wish a size between those given, knit the next larger size and felt down to your desired size. Yarn Requirements: 750 (825, 950, 1050) yards of DK or light worsted weight wool. Do not use a super wash wool as it will not felt. Needles: US size 10 (6 mm), 24" (60 cm) circular. Other Supplies: 2 stitch holders; coilless pins or split markers for marking rows; a few yards of crochet cotton for basting; large mesh laundry bag; 3 clasps (optional). Suggested Naturally Yarns: 8ply (DK) Tussock, Naturelle or Alpine.   Related Products...
