Soft as a kitten April 20, 2009 Reviewer: st seraphina knits from Minnesota   This is lovely soft fiber.  It has no crimp so if you spin it solo will will make a very drapey yarn that doesn't hold its shape., much like alpaca. I have blended it with lamb's wool, white silk, and white alpaca  and am spinning it on a hand spindle to make laceweight 2 ply.  I only bought 4 ounces and mixing with the other fibers got it up to a full 8 ounces.  It is spinning VERY fine.  I plan to make a big (2000 yds) lace shawl.
