Description   Joanne designed this sweater for her friend Cleo, who likes to work on small, portable pieces of knitting. The entire garment is worked in narrow strips then knit together with a 3-needle cast off. Design by Joanne Clark Size: One size with fit notes to adjust. This sweater is designed to fit loosely and will fit a wide range of body measurements. The width of the underarm panels can be easily changed to customize the fit to your body if needed. Finished Bust Measurement: 50" (127cm). Finished Length: 24" (61cm). Yarn Requirements: Main Yarn (MC): 1250 yards (1143m) of heavy worsted weight (12 ply) yarn that will knit to the gauge given below. Contrast Yarn (CC): 150 yards (137 meters) of worsted weight. Other Supplies: Coilless pins for marking rows; several spare needles to use as holders. Needles: At least two 24" (60cm) circular needles in US size 7 (4.5mm). You will also need a needle at least 2 sizes larger for the collar cast off. Gauge: 18 sts and 25 rows = 4" (10cm) stockinette stitch.
