Year of the Pig Bag in Two Pigeldy Colorways (No. 118)

2007 is the year of the pig! While other people carry around their toy dogs in bags, you can carry around your own little pig . . . bag. Choose either the Pink Pig bag or its slightly larger cousin, the Pot Belly Pig bag. Both pigs are fun to make and very cute when finished. My little boy routinely goes nose to nose with my two pigeldy bags. Not surprisingly, they are his favorites.

Pattern Difficulty Level: Intrepid Beginner to Advanced. Pattern requires knowledge of knitting and purling, knitting in the round on both circular and double-pointed needles, making I-cords, and some basic embroidery stitches.

The pink piggie calls for 3 skeins of color 9477 tutu-pink or 8010 natural and a little bit of 8895 black for the eyes and nose.
