Description   Skill Level: Intermediate. Short rows are turned to shape back yoke. After that, vest is quite easy. Yarn Suggestion: Good with any weight yarn. Will need approximately 12 to 15 ounces, depending on size. I used a tweed-like home dyed yarn with 2 ounces of a complimentary color for bands. Worked from the shoulder down. Nice shaping is created with short rows. This vest is sure to fit because you can try it on as you go. It is very attractive to wear as the shoulder shaping will fit the curve of your shoulders. Not your usual "box-shaped" knit vest. Gloves are knit in the round with Moss Stitch to match. As with all SpinCraft Knitting Patterns this piece can be knit to any size, using almost any yarn. What you will do is measure yourself, measure the gauge that comes from your yarn, and then perform some easy calculations to get the figures needed to knit this vest. You are the designer!
