Unfelted hats are available in the following sizes and colors:

Mist (natural aran)
Oatmeal (natural medium gray)
Charcoal (natural gray/black heather)
Birch (natural light tan heather)
Heather (medium tan heather)

These hats felt quite readily in the washing machine.  Just felt in your washing machine till hat is proper size!
