This beautiful range of sliver using selected 32 micron finest New Zealand Romney wool is the latest offering from Windwools. Our Pacific Palette is spectacularly individual as colors are hand dyed by Elspeth Wilkinson, with each dye pot yeilding unique and individual colors. This fibre is a dream to spin and the wonderful colors may be shown to advantage in many ways. We suggest using a div to lengthen the sliver for easy spinning. Try plying a single with a toning or contrasting handspun or commercial yarn. You may wish to Navaho ply your spun yarn or alternatively two ply it depending upon the effect you want to achieve.
